About Me

I’m a Mental Health Social Worker and Psychotherapist with over 10 years of experience and qualifications in Psychology, Social Work, Counselling and Gestalt Psychotherapy.

I help adults struggling with ADHD, people-pleasing, anxiety and self-doubt to better understand themselves and work through stuck patterns, disconnection and emotional overwhelm.

I offer a supportive and non-judgemental space where you can feel safe to speak openly and focus on what is most important to you. We’ll explore how your thoughts, feelings and behaviours are impacting you and ways to bring more calm and balance to your life and relationships.

My approach is collaborative and emotionally honest. I aim to meet you with respect, curiosity and care, adapting our work to suit your needs and experiences to help you understand yourself more deeply and move towards meaningful change.

I will support you to work through troubling thoughts or feelings, stressful or traumatic life events, relationship dynamics, problems at work or at home, and anything else important to you.

I have worked in university counselling, community mental health, employee counselling, organisational wellbeing and private practice. I have supported people with anxiety and stress, depression, ADHD, burnout, relationship struggles, grief, self-esteem and assertiveness issues, motivation and procrastination.

My therapeutic approach draws on Gestalt Psychotherapy, Humanistic and Person-centred Counselling, Attachment Theory, Systems Theory, Mindfulness and Self-compassion.

I am passionate about helping people build self-esteem, connect more deeply with their own needs and emotions and form more meaningful and fulfilling relationships.

Alongside my clinical work, I have a strong interest in how identity, culture and privilege shape our internal worlds and relationships. I am sensitive to experiences relating to minority stress and cultural identity, and I have worked extensively with both queer clients and members of the Jewish community.

I see clients in person in Caulfield South, and also offer sessions online via Zoom. Medicare rebates are available for clients with a Mental Health Treatment Plan.

If you would like to book a session or have any questions, please feel free to get in touch. I look forward to hearing from you.
