I am a Mental Health Social Worker, Counsellor and Psychotherapist working in private practice in Melbourne with adults.

I have over 10 years of training in mental health, and qualifications in Psychology, Social Work, Counselling and Psychotherapy. My work experience has been in not-for-profit counselling, employee assistance program (EAP) counselling, university student counselling and mental health case management.

I offer a welcoming, non-judgemental and supportive space, working
collaboratively with people on what is important to them from a holistic and relational approach. Drawing from systemic and relational principles, I believe that people are shaped by and inseparable from their environment and relationships, past and present.
My sessions are person-centred and built on a collaborative therapeutic relationship to support your growth and goals. I believe it is important for us to have a mutual understanding of what has brought you to therapy and to work together to help you to enhance your awareness of yourself, your relationships and your choices.

My approach is informed by attachment theory, child developmental theory, gestalt therapy, humanistic and person-centred counselling, systems theory, relational psychotherapy, mindfulness and self-compassion. I am particularly interested in how early relational experiences influence people’s sense of self and their relationships into adulthood.
I care deeply about the work that I do and the people I work with. I see a variety of people and welcome diversity in all its forms.
